One vehicle, four glass zones

Close-up of a laminated ballistic windshield

Front Windshield

The primary sightline and the largest opening. Curved or flat, matched to your OEM curvature.

Side window of an armored SUV

Side Windows

Driver and passenger windows with partial-drop options where the mechanism allows.

Rear view of an armored vehicle

Rear Glass & Quarter Panels

Rear window and fixed quarter glass, sealed against dust and water ingress.

Armor panel edge detail on a vehicle door

Opaque Panels & Overlaps

Armor steel or composite panels overlap every glass edge so no gap becomes a threat path.

Protection levels, measured

Each level states the threat it stops, the glass build-up, the added weight and the light transmission. We publish the measurement method with every report.

What we build

Every window is a custom order

No two vehicles share the same openings. Each unit is cut, laminated and sealed for a specific make, model and year.

Front Windshield

OEM-matched curvature, heated options available where the vehicle supports it.

Side Windows

Full or partial-drop operation, OEM switchgear retained where possible.

Rear Glass

Fixed rear windows and tailgate glass with the same protection level as the front.

Opaque Panels

Door panels, B-pillars and overlap strips in armor steel or composite.

How a glass order runs

FROM VEHICLE MODEL TO INSTALLED GLASS — FOUR STEPS

You send the vehicle details, we engineer the fit, you verify a sample, and we produce the full set. The test protocol travels with every shipment.

01

SEND VEHICLE DETAILS

Make, model, year and the openings you want protected. Photos of the door cards help us confirm the mechanism.

02

APPROVE THE SPEC

We return a drawing-based spec: thickness, weight per opening, light transmission and the protection level — with a firm quote.

03

VERIFY A SAMPLE

Order a sample panel at your level, run the ballistic test with the protocol we ship, and confirm the numbers yourself.

04

PRODUCTION & FIT

Full set produced, batch-tested and shipped with fitting documentation and installation support.

Proof, not promises

Test records and reports for every level

We shoot the glass we sell and publish the test records: the ammunition data, the shot counts and the measured results. Read the record, request the report, or repeat it on your own sample.

Questions buyers ask before ordering glass

Will the glass still roll down?

Most of our side windows operate as partial-drop or full-drop units depending on the vehicle mechanism and the glass thickness. We confirm exactly what operates on your model before you order.

How much weight does it add?

Weight depends on level and surface area — roughly 25–75 kg per square meter of glass. We list the per-opening weight in your spec so you can check suspension and door-hinge loads.

Can you match my vehicle model exactly?

Yes. We cut from vehicle-specific drawings for popular SUVs, sedans and vans. For rare models we work from templates or a scanned panel.

What about light transmission?

Our glass keeps 70–78% light transmission depending on level, close to many OEM privacy-tinted windows. Each report states the measured value.

How long does an order take?

Samples typically ship within 2–3 weeks. Full vehicle sets take 4–8 weeks depending on level and quantity — your quote lists the confirmed lead time.

Is your glass UL 752 certified?

Our panels are independently tested against UL 752 test methods by an accredited third-party ballistic laboratory, and we provide the full report with your order. We don’t call it “certified” because that would imply UL issued the approval — instead you get the test report and, if you want, a sample to verify the result yourself.

What standards do you test to?

Domestic levels follow GA 165-2016 for transparent armor. Selected levels are additionally verified against UL 752, EN 1063 and NIJ threat parameters by an accredited third-party laboratory. Certification requirements for your destination market are confirmed per project before ordering.
