KEEP MOVING.
AFTER IMPACT.

A flat tire ends an escape. Our run-flat inserts lock into your existing wheels and keep the vehicle moving at controlled speed after tire penetration — no new vehicle required.

Three ways to run flat

Choose the system that fits your fleet

From a fast retrofit to full protection, we match the insert system to your rims, tires and mission profile.

Run-flat insert ring on a wheel

01

RUN-FLAT INSERT RINGS

The most requested system: a polymer insert mounted inside your existing tire. Keeps the rim off the ground and the vehicle moving for 50+ km after puncture or shootout. Balanced for highway speeds.

02

BEADLOCK + INSERT COMBO

For high-threat duty: beadlock rings hold the tire on the rim under fire, paired with the run-flat insert. The wheel stays drivable even with sidewall damage.

Complete package: inserts, beadlocks and reinforced valves, prepared and shipped as a matched set for your vehicle — installed by our team or yours.

Will it fit my vehicle?

Matched to your rims and tires

We machine each fitting kit for a specific rim and tire combination. Popular platforms are already in our library — new kits are engineered from your measurements in about two weeks.

The money question

Retrofit vs. replace

Armored tires are the affordable half of vehicle protection. Compare the two paths buyers usually weigh:

Retrofit Inserts (ours)Replace the Vehicle
Upfront costA fraction of a new armored vehicleFull vehicle replacement
DowntimeAbout 4 hours per vehicleWeeks to months of procurement

A set of inserts protects a vehicle you already own and trust. Exact pricing depends on rim size and quantity — the quote lists the full fitted cost. /results · /test-samples

Proof, not promises

Driven and shot, on the record

We publish the tests: deflated tires with inserts fitted, driven at speed, measured for distance and control. Read the record, request the report, or repeat it on your own sample.

Questions buyers ask before ordering inserts

Do I need to change my wheels?

No. Insert rings fit your existing rims and tires. The beadlock combo uses a ring mounted to your rim, so the wheels you already run stay in service.

How far can we drive after a tire is shot?

Our published test protocol drives 50+ km at up to 80 km/h on deflated tires. Your escape route is usually far shorter.

Does it change the ride?

The insert adds a small amount of unsprung weight; most fleets report no meaningful change in daily driving. Ride quality on deflated tires is controlled, not comfortable — by design.

Who installs it?

Any tire shop with a standard press can install the rings in about 4 hours per vehicle. We ship step-by-step fitting documentation, and our team supports remote installs by video call.
